While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our sourcing and logistics, we offer refunds in specific situations outlined below. 1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Item Not Received: If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the date of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the matter with our shipping partners. If the package is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
  • Item Significantly Not as Described: If the item you received is substantially different from the product description or images (e.g., wrong item sent, completely different specifications), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence supporting your claim.
  • Item Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about a product after purchase.
  • Minor Variations: Slight variations in color, design, or appearance that do not significantly alter the product's functionality or overall aesthetic from the product description.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: If your order was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you.
  • Failure to Provide Evidence: If you are unable to provide sufficient evidence as requested to support your claim for a damaged or significantly not as described item.
  • Issues Reported Outside the Claim Period: Claims for non-receipt, damage, or significantly not as described items reported outside the timeframes specified in Section 1.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Include clear photographic or video evidence as required to support your claim (e.g., for damaged or significantly not as described items).

Our team will review your request and the evidence provided. We aim to process refund requests within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information.


4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.


5. No Returns of Physical Goods

As stated, we generally do not accept returns of physical products. If your refund request is approved for a damaged or significantly not as described item, you may not be required to send the item back to us. We will inform you of the procedure on a case-by-case basis. Please do not send items back unless specifically instructed to do so by our customer support team.


6. Policy Modifications

Pankratz & Co. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Return and Refund Policy.
